The Placer RCD service area is endowed with tremendous and diverse agriculture resources involving small farms, ranches, orchards, vineyards, livestock, and equine. Placer RCD assists farmers, ranchers, and forest landowners in accessing relevant and science-based information through technical assistance (link to “What is Technical Assistance) as well as implementing best management practices to improve long-term sustainability and production.
