Liliana is a fellow Californian hailing from the Fresno/Clovis area. She is a graduate of Herbert Hoover High School where she played water polo and swam competitively. After high school, Liliana joined the California Conservation Corp (CCC) at the age of 18 where she did road work, fuel reduction, emergency camp work, and planting trees among many other tasks. Her tenure with the CCC led Liliana to working with the Placer RCD as a Chipper Program Crew Leader.
