Kate Espinola has been with Placer RCD since August 2018. Kate works behind the scenes as the Executive Assistant, supporting all the District’s projects. With over 20 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Kate enjoys working with our staff, partners, and landowners. When Kate is not working, she enjoys exploring Placer County’s many treasures with her son, Zackary.
