Donna is Placer County RCD’s Administration and Finance Manager. She came to the district after a long career in public education finance. Her extensive experience in finance includes fiscal oversight of business operations, budget development, and federal and state grant monitoring. In her spare time, Donna enjoys time in her garden, is an enthusiastic mountain biker, and she and her husband enjoy traveling in their RV to support their son, Trevor, who competes in motorcycle trials events.
