We are seeking experienced forestry professionals to apply for the opportunity to mentor a student who is interested in a career in forestry and natural resources. Juniors and seniors enrolled in a forestry program at UC Berkeley, Cal Poly Humboldt, and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo are encouraged to apply. All students enrolled in a forestry program at Reedley College, College of the Redwoods, Bakersfield College, and Shasta College are also invited to participate. The application period opens 8/22/2022 and closes at 11:59 PM on 9/25/2022.”

The Forestry and Natural Resources Career Mentorship Program is designed to connect students with mentors who are representative of these students and have recently entered the professional field of forestry and natural resources.  Mentors are paired with students based on their experiences, interests and career goals.
