Why Pruning?

Pruning offers numerous benefits to the health and productivity of your fruit trees. Pruning impacts growth, improves fruit quality, dictates tree form for easier harvest, helps to manage insect pests and disease, allows more sunlight and air to access the tree, and more!

This workshop is made possible through a collaboration with the Placer Resource Conservation District, UCCE Placer County Master Gardeners of Placer County, and CalFresh Healthy Living.
