Prescribed Fire 101 Workshop

Join Placer RCD at our upcoming RX Fire 101 Workshop! Placer Prescribed Burn Association is dedicated to equipping landowners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to implement low-complexity prescribed burns. This workshop is free of charge and will cover topics including permitting, liability, fire effects on native plants, heat management, landowner resources, and others. Workshops are paired with demonstration burns scheduled as weather permit.  A panel of experienced instructors teach the course.
