Virtual Rx Burning Landowner Panel

Interested in prescribed fire, but unsure of how or where to start? Three landowners from Nevada, Placer, and Amador Counties will be sharing their perspectives about using low-complexity prescribed fire as a management tool on their properties including challenges, successes, and lessons learned. These landowners have received training from local prescribed burn associations and do not have a formal background in fire suppression or prescribed fire. This event will provide a great opportunity for community members to learn from their peers. The meeting will be facilitated by RCD staff, but we encourage folks to bring questions.
