Placer County Resource Conservation District (RCD) sought proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Placer Sierra Fuels Reduction Project. This project consists of fuels reduction and modification on approximately 162 acres near Baxter, CA. On July 1st, 2025, the Board of Directors of Placer RCD acted to award a Construction Services Agreement. See below for additional details.
Proposals were received by 5:00pm on June 19th, 2025. A field tour occurred on-site on June 5th and 6th.
