The Placer RCD is now offering free technical assistance to any beginning or existing backyard or balcony vegetable gardener, community gardens, and urban farms within Placer County (except the Tahoe Basin). This assistance will help you with starting a garden, assist with irrigation, solve pest issues, improve soil health, decrease weed pressure, and more!
