The RCD is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary (excluding RCD-provided tracked chipper) to carry out Phase II of the Auburn Shaded Fuel
Break (Project). This Project consists of fuels reduction on approximately 138 acres of land in the form of hand removal using chainsaws, pruning, chipping, and piling of cut material. The project is split into 3 sub-areas; proposers may bid on one, several, or all areas. The RCD retains the right to award to one or more contractors to ensure that the Project is completed within the specified time frame.
Proposals must be received by 4:00pm on August 31, 2020 in accordance with the instructions contained herein.
Late proposals will not be received.
